Blue Branches (mine) and Someone Else’s Photography

I often have trouble remembering how or when or why I stumbled upon something I like. I don’t understand what the rules and regulations are on sharing someone else’s website. Because I’m assuming all photographers like to have their work circulated, I’m going to go ahead and do it. Again, I can’t remember quite why I stumbled upon this. But here is a photographer who was born at the end of the 70s in China and now lives in Edinburgh, Scotland (maybe that’s how I found him or maybe it’s just a fortuitous coincidence).

I like how the subjects of his photos seem to look through the camera, through the photographer and straight into the spectator’s eyes. But that might just be me.

Also, his still life is quirky.

And polaroids. Who doesn’t like polaroids?

(I don’t know how to make it go blue so that you can just click on it and it zooms you to the website, so you’ll have to be kind and patient and CTRL C, CTRL V. It’s a hard life, I know.)
